Maxi Security Management Software

The electronic occurrence book was developed by Maxi Security, and ensures that the guards will accurately and consistently react to site incidents.

It is a live system operating in all our major regions, and it equips the Maxi Security Guarding Control Room with all the information which would be relevant to any given reported incident – this would include site specific emergency contact numbers such as Fire Services, Ambulance Services, SAPS. It also includes the contact numbers of the Client, the Maxi Security Supervisor, Area and Branch Managers responsible for the specific site.

The time lapse which is inherent in every manual system is removed by using this system, ensuring speedy response times to incidents.

The details of the incident are also recorded using this system, and we are therefore able to generate a written report of incidents per site, as required.

The electronic occurrence book can also be accessed by the Client, should it be required – the Client can therefore track an incident on their own network, ensuring complete transparency in terms of the security service which we are rendering on site.

This system can be modified to suit our client’s requirements, to include specific controls. Maxi Security, through the experience of Danie de Villiers, believes that losses can be minimized by using this system, especially in the following instances:
