Our control room complies with SAIDSA (South African Intruder Detection Services Association) standards, and ensures that all our client sites are monitored from a central point, 24 hours a day. It is also SASRIA accredited (SASRIA provides special risks cover for damages arising from civil unrest, terrorism, and labour actions such as strikes and lockouts). 

By means of radio technology, our control room is able to monitor and/or perform the following tasks:

• The arming and disarming of all alarms
• The activation of both intruder and fire alarm conditions
• The co-ordination of emergency procedures
• Off-site monitoring and recording of CCTV systems on site
• Alarm monitoring and response
• Maintaining the occurrence books on sites and ensuring that specific site instructions are executed

There are standard emergency procedures in place for the following situations:

• Fire
• Bomb threat
• Strikes
• Armed robberies
• Break-ins
• Medical emergencies
