Quality Assurance

- A proficiency test for all staff posted
- Pre-posting and ongoing, site specific training for security personnel
- Periodic truth verification conducted on security personnel deployed
The Maxi Security Group operation
The size of our operation provides us with the critical mass to perform in terms of our contracts, yet our edge is that our structure is flat and hands-on. All tiers of management are actively involved with the everyday running of client contracts. This all ties into our Control Room based at Head Office, where all activities related to our client contracts are monitored.

Contingency Plan
- Two fully equipped Control Rooms – one based at Head Office in Johannesburg, and the other based in our Pretoria office. These are identical, and all operations can be run from both or either, in case of power failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
- A smaller Control Room at our Hartebeespoort office, which can also take over operations in need
- A staff hostel is in operation, where many of our security officers reside. We therefore have easy access to back-up staff, should this be required on any of our client’s sites

Our cost structures are available for review and analysis by our strategic partners, thereby promoting transparency.
Service Level Agreements
The Maxi Security Group is confident of the superior levels of service we are able to deliver, and we will therefore commit ourselves to a Service Level Agreement should a client require it.

- SIRA accredited Training College – which remains competitive, is up to speed with legislation, and also facilitates ongoing, on site training for Maxi Security personnel
